Refund Policy
Look N Book Holidays

1. General Policy
At Look N Book Holidays, we strive to provide the best travel experience. However, all refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
2. Cancellation by Customer
a. Tour Packages
- Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation:
- 30 days or more before travel: Minimal service fee deduction
- 15–30 days before travel: 25% of total package cost
- 7–15 days before travel: 50% of total package cost
- Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% cancellation charges (no refund)
b. Flight Bookings
- Refunds are subject to airline policies.
- Some tickets (e.g., low-cost airlines) may be non-refundable.
- Airline cancellation charges + our service fee will be deducted.
c. Hotel Bookings
- Refunds depend on hotel cancellation policies.
- Certain bookings (peak season / special rates) may be non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by Company
If Look N Book Holidays cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances:
- You will be offered an alternative package or
- A refund after deducting non-recoverable expenses
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–30 working days after confirmation from suppliers
- Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment
- In some cases, bank or payment gateway charges may be deducted
5. Non-Refundable Components
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Service/processing fees
- Convenience charges
- Partially used services
6. Force Majeure
No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for cancellations due to:
- Natural disasters
- Weather disruptions
- Political unrest
- Pandemics or government restrictions
However, we will try to assist with rescheduling where possible.
7. No Show Policy
- No refund will be provided if the traveler fails to show up for the booking without prior notice.
8. Amendment Charges
- Any changes to bookings may incur amendment fees plus supplier charges.
9. Important Notes
- Refund timelines may vary depending on airlines, hotels, and international partners
- Currency fluctuations may affect refund amounts for international bookings
- Processing delays due to banks or third parties are beyond our control
