5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Service charges by Look N Book Holidays may be non-refundable.
- Refund timelines depend on third-party providers and may take 7–30 working days.
- No refunds for “No Show” or unused services.
6. Changes & Amendments
- Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
7. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and identification.
- We are not liable for denial of boarding, visa rejection, or immigration issues.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to check travel advisories and requirements.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Look N Book Holidays acts only as an intermediary between customers and service providers.
- We are not responsible for:
- Delays, cancellations, or disruptions by airlines/hotels
- Loss, injury, or damage during travel
- Natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- War or civil unrest
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
10. International Travel Terms
